The resort provided complimentary airport transfers. It was a nice touch.
I needed to print some documents. The reception initially agreed to help, asking me to email the file. After receiving it, they refused because they 'didn't know how to charge' for the 10-15 pages. I found this unhelpful and quite annoying.

The breakfast had many options. It was delicious.
The pool seemed old. I was a bit disappointed. The toddler pool wasn't suitable for my child. I booked an airport transfer. But nobody arrived to pick me up. I had to find a taxi.
