blissful beachside bungalow stay
lush grounds convenient location welcome transfer
I REALLY loved the bungalow-style accommodation. It added so much to the island experience. The location allowed easy walks to town AND restaurants. That was very convenient. Complimentary airport transfers were punctual. This was a welcome start to the vacation. The pool area was very inviting. We spent hours there.
i noticed SOME beach staff seemed less attentive, focused on phones instead of guests.

I loved the easy private beach access. The service there was wonderful! the staff was attentive. the location near other food stores was also really convenient. plus, everything was clean and tidy, which i always appreciate.
the pool seemed a bit old. the pool area needed some tlc. also, i thought there would be a toddler pool, but it wasn't suitable for little ones, it was a bit disappointing! we booked an airport transfer, and it didn't show up. it created some trouble for us.

The resort provided complimentary airport transfers. It was a nice touch.
I needed to print some documents. The reception initially agreed to help, asking me to email the file. After receiving it, they refused because they 'didn't know how to charge' for the 10-15 pages. I found this unhelpful and quite annoying.

The breakfast had many options. It was delicious.
The pool seemed old. I was a bit disappointed. The toddler pool wasn't suitable for my child. I booked an airport transfer. But nobody arrived to pick me up. I had to find a taxi.
